Imported people wait as pending and get nothing until you approve them. Adding one opens their account straight away. Pick the welcome that fits the person: Applied on the web or Existing affiliate for the pilot. Preview them all in Settings → Welcome email.

Score = £ revenue × w₁ + views × w₂ + (likes+comments) × w₃, with weights set below. Self-purchases (their own credit spend) are excluded from revenue.
Build a wall of Stimfluencer posts, then paste the Liquid into a Shopify page or section. It renders straight away from the posts baked in, then refreshes itself from this app, so it stays current without you touching Shopify again.
The preview always falls back to example tiles so you can see the layout. That fallback only goes into the exported snippet if you tick the box on the Layout tab, and when it does every tile is badged "Example" and carries no link, so nothing on your shop can be mistaken for a real Stimfluencer post.
TikTok and YouTube give us a thumbnail, so those tiles show a still with a play button and open the video in place. Instagram and Facebook do not hand one over without a token, so those tiles embed the post itself. Every tile has a full screen button.
The promo pack is for the Stimz team only: it has the rates in it. It opens from here for anyone with admin access, and is not public. The guide and terms are the public pages Stimfluencers see.
Sent by the app when you approve or add someone with "Email them the welcome" ticked (Stimfluencers tab), or from their record: your words, with the Stimz header and footer. Replies go to stimfluencer@stimz.com.
Previews and tests never change the default. You choose the version for each person next to "Email them the welcome" on the Stimfluencers tab, or on their record.

They sign in at affiliates.stimz.com with this email and a code we send them. Everyone with access can see and do everything in the admin, including paying people, so only add people you trust with that. Removing someone signs them out straight away.
Recent sign-ins and changes
A thin bar across the top of every portal page. Leave the text empty and the bar is off.
Nothing is paid until a balance reaches the smallest payout; below it the balance rolls into the next run. Stimfluencers can raise their own threshold in their portal, never lower it below yours. Stripe's fee for each payment is paid by the Stimfluencer, at cost, and comes off what they receive: that is the three Stripe fee boxes above (terms 7.2). A store credit swap has no fee. Anyone with a VAT number on their record is paid the commission plus VAT on top (terms 7.3).
Commission on an order cannot be paid out until it has cleared. That wait gives you time to pick, dispatch and deliver, and the customer time to change their mind. Refunds and cancellations come back from Shopify on their own and reduce what is owed, whether the order has cleared or not.
We search #stimfluencer on TikTok and Instagram and add any tagged post from a registered handle by ourselves, so a post still counts when someone forgets to paste the link. YouTube channels are read at the same time, free. It runs on Apify, so it costs money; off, Stimfluencers paste their own links and nothing is spent. Times are UK time and stay put when the clocks change.
We deduct nothing from Stimfluencer payments, so there is no return to file. HMRC can still serve a notice asking what we paid whom, under Schedule 23 Finance Act 2011, and these are the two files that answer it. Every Stimfluencer can download their own statement from their portal.
A clean copy of the database is taken every night at 2am and the last 14 are kept on the server. Download one now and then and keep it somewhere other than Fly.
Everyone starts on the default share. A Stimfluencer moves onto the best level whose minimums they all meet, and moves back down if their numbers fall. The first row sets how many days back each measure counts (blank is all time), so with posts over 30 days, someone who has not posted for 30 days drops off a level that asks for a post. Past orders keep the rate they were paid at. A share typed onto someone's record by hand overrides all of this.

Stimfluencers submit their posts from their portal, and the numbers refresh every Monday morning UK time until a post passes the age set above. The hashtag search for #stimfluencer is the optional extra, switched on under Hashtag search above. Last search: never.
Short links are Shopify redirects (stimz.com/r/code). New Stimfluencers get one automatically.
