These are the terms of the Stimfluencer programme. They are written to be read, not to be got past, and they explain the reasoning rather than just the rules. Please have a look before you agree.
This account is yours, as an adult. You are 18 or over, and this agreement is with you. If the person making the content is under 18, including a 16 or 17 year old, the account is held by their parent or guardian, and by agreeing you confirm you hold parental responsibility for them.
Whether a child appears is a decision for you and your child. Stimz never requires it, nothing depends on it, and they must always be free to stop.
Label your posts "Ad", at the start, where nobody has to tap to see it.
Never say our products treat or relieve a condition — talk about your own experience instead.
We can end your place at any time, for any reason, including not being the right fit for the brand. You keep the commission you have earned up to then, unless it came from fraud or from content that broke the rules.
We can change rates and levels for any reason, with 14 days' notice by email. A change never touches what you have already earned.
Payments go through Stripe, and Stripe's fee comes off each one. Swapping for store credit has no fee.
You are self-employed for this. Commission is normally taxable, and products we send may have tax implications too. We can't give you tax advice.

About views: Instagram only shares view counts for reels and videos. Photo and carousel posts show 0 views here however many people saw them, so on the leaderboard they count on likes and comments. Facebook doesn't share its numbers with us at all, so Facebook posts are saved but show 0.

Does a child appear in your content?
Whether your child appears is a decision for you and your child. We never ask you to put your child in anything, and nothing depends on it: not your share, level, gifting or selection. We ask so we know, because it changes what we will and will not do with the content.
Two things that come with this. Your child needs to be happy to take part each time and always free to stop. And there may be a licence or permit to get, which is yours to check: whether anything is needed depends on what the content is, how old your child is and where you live. If you are not sure, contact your local council before you post. It costs nothing to ask. Section 2.2 of the terms sets this out in full.
Content with a child in it is never used in paid advertising without a separate agreement with you and our own checks first. We may also decline to repost content involving a child.
